2 Cans Black-eyed peas, drained, rinsed
1/2 Red onion, Small dice
An Avocado, small dice
1 Cup Grape tomatoes, split
A Yellow pepper, small dice
Parsley, stemmed, chopped fine
3/4 Cup Bulletproof Smoky Sweet BBQ Sauce
Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Best when served chilled so give it a few hours in the refrigerator and give it another toss before serving.
