12 Wings, flats, drums, mixed
Black Pepper
A Tbsp honey
A pinch of red pepper flakes
4 Oz Orange Ginger
Preheat oven to 400°.
Using a lined baking sheet spread out wings and coat liberally with black pepper, this will draw the oil out of the wing making it crispier.
Bake wings for 40 minutes flipping halfway through, dust again with black pepper.
Add Orange Ginger, honey and red pepper to a sauté pan cook on high until reduced to a glaze.
Remove wings from the oven, add to the sauté pan, toss to coat.
Plate wings and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
