1# Large Shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1 Red bell pepper, 1/2” slices
2 Green onions, 2″ pieces
1/2 Tbps vegetable oil
6 oz Bulletproof Orange Ginger
Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat, add the peppers and onions cooking for two minutes. Remove the peppers and onions to a dish and pour the orange ginger sauce, reduce by half. Add the shrimp tossing frequently for three minutes. Remove from heat and add reserved peppers and onions, toss to coat, and serve over rice.
